Testimonials and Broll video production.

We work closely with businesses, organizations, and industry professionals to bring their stories to life through stunning video production that builds awareness and grows loyalty. We create video marketing content that speaks to their audiences and meets their creative communication needs.

There are many ways to create a video testimonial, all with different advantages.

We explore how your business can ask customers and employees to record appropriate testimonials, what you should include in a video testimonial, as well as how such customer review videos can help your business grow.

We work in our studio or a camera crew is sent to a predetermined location, usually a customer’s home or office. They set up their equipment and interview one or more people. We will also capture some b-roll footage of the location, the interview subject at work, or other footage that places the content of the video in context.

From there all the footage is reviewed for editing and post-production. The end result is a universal digital file suitable for web and social media delivery.

Video Editing and Post-Production is one of the most important parts of the video production process. Post-production integrates all of the work we’ve done starting in the pre-production phase through the actual filming of your corporate video production.

During post-production, our video editing team will work on your corporate video to build a video asset that meets the initial vision that we discussed during pre-production. With that initial vision in mind, our team of experienced editors will work to create a business video that tells your story.

Corporate videos are used for a wide range of purposes and at St Louis Video Production Company, we always make it a point to understand the needs and intended usage of our clients.  Whether you need a video to share ideas, cover an event, use internally, for training purposes or for a marketing plan, we can take care of all your audio and video needs.

St Louis Video Studio – Interviews with your stakeholders.

Video has become a commodity of sorts. It seems like everybody’s in on the act … some of it is good, and some not so good. What is it that makes a video succeed? It usually boils down to one thing: Planning. If you are considering hiring professionals to craft a video, the first thing should ask yourself is: what is the purpose? Which is another way of asking, what is the message?

Once you have defined your message, you can decide the best way to deliver it. So there: you have started your planning. Your chances of producing a successful project have taken a giant leap forward! Too many people make the mistake of grabbing a camera, shooting footage, and then try piecing it all together and hoping for the best. It’s not a good approach. You wouldn’t build a house without a blueprint, would you? Crafting a video is the same thing. And your unique blueprint is your script.

We can’t overstate the importance of script preparation. Scriptwriting is not easy, and sometimes not fun, but it’s the single most important element for the work we do. And it’s important to do it early in the production process. Give it the attention it deserves. A script will take the guesswork out what footage needs to be captured by your video crew. This helps reduce wasted time, and allows your crew to spend more time getting the shots you really need.

But if you’d like to learn more, feel free to contact us.

We would love to help.

We work well with non professional talent – St Louis Video Studio

When you are working with non-professionals on the set, rehearsal is essential. Make sure your actors are very familiar with their blocking (the movement of the actor from one point to another), motivation for their lines and any “business” you may want them to perform while acting their parts. Business is a film term for the actions the actor may be doing to make the character authentic.

st louis video production plant tours

If you are shooting a scene with a mother, you may have her making sandwiches for her children before they run off to school. The making of the sandwiches is the actor’s business. A chef may be preparing food, a doctor performing surgery or a police officer cleaning a gun. It is essential that the business be well-rehearsed, so it looks very natural.  Acting is more than delivering lines. It is inhabiting the character in such a way that it becomes real. Nothing is more distracting than watching a character perform an action he doesn’t understand or has not practiced and perfected. Non-professionals, if typecast, can perform quite well if they relate to their characters and are familiar with the type of business their character is assigned.
